ATTENTION RSD PARENTS –
As school closures continue and as our state develops plans to direct resources to the areas of greatest need, the Mississippi Department of Education has prepared a brief survey for parents in each school district.
The results will be shared with the governor’s office for planning purposes. Because of the critical nature of these questions – and how the results will shape state policy to address the internet connectivity challenges across the state – WE ARE ASKING ALL PARENTS WITH STUDENTS IN THE RICHTON SCHOOL DISTRICT TO COMPLETE THIS SURVEY by 5 PM on Thursday, May 14.
Six survey questions address the ability of families to connect their children to digital learning offerings from their school through the internet. The survey focuses on devices at home, home internet access, and the quality/reliability of that connection.
Below are links to the survey. If you have any questions, please contact MDE’s Chief Information Officer, John Kraman at email@example.com
